Christmas doll inspiration and freebies roundup

It's been so much fun making Christmas dolls with you this year! I thought I'd share some of my creations. From Christmas tree bunnies to adorable snowmen, these dolls have been a joy to make. To spread the holiday cheer, I've also included a roundup of all the free Christmas resources I've made to inspire your festive creations!

Dolls aren't just for kids—they make the perfect Christmas gifts for people of all ages. A handmade doll is a thoughtful gift, full of love and kindness that store-bought gifts can't match. They make the sweetest Christmas decorations that can be displayed every year to bring joy to your home 

I used my deer sewing pattern to make this cute couple. Reindeer make the perfect Christmas dolls

Adding red and white striped socks or a scarf can transform a normal outfit into something Christmassy in an instant! 

Another way to transform an outfit is to make your doll some cute elf boots! I made my bunny a striped romper with my unicorn pattern and added lace and pom-poms to the fairy boots to make this sweet outfit

Christmas pyjamas are so much fun to make for your dolls. There are so many cute Christmas quilting fabrics which are perfect for dolls

There are lots of simple things you can do to make your doll's clothes super special this Christmas. I shared instructions on how to make a cute Christmas tree sweater for your dolls or this special Christmas tree dress

I shared how you can turn my bunny, bear, cat or dog sewing patterns into a cute gingerbread man or snowman doll! They are simple to make and super sweet!  

You can find a free Santa hat sewing pattern in my customer facebook group (you are invited when you order a doll sewing pattern). It's quick and easy to make and transforms any outfit into a festive one! You can find it in the FILES section on the homepage of the group

I've also made a free Christmas colouring sheet that would make a cosy Christmas Eve activity, or you could include it alongside dolls you are giving as Christmas gifts
